Peer Groups

At the Family Business Alliance, we believe that Peer Groups create deep and meaningful connections for family businesses and closely held businesses. Providing a safe environment to learn from one another.

Benefits

The opportunity to learn by seeking advice from peers and professionals who have “been there, done that” and who are willing to share their experiences and knowledge.

Structure

  • 8-10 People per group
  • 10-12 Meetings per year
  • 1 Trained facilitator for initial meetings.
  • No siblings or competitors in the same group.

Confidential

All information shared during a peer group meeting is completely confidential under the Safe Haven Agreement.

One of the things I really like about peer group is that I always leave with something. Whether I leave with advice, best practices, a lead on something, or just the feeling that someone else is having the same issues as us, it is always a valuable experience and worth my time.
